I received the neck beauty device in perfect condition. the quality is excellent, the material feels smooth and comfortable on the skin. i use it every evening while watching tv, the massage is gentle and relaxing. a great addition to my daily skincare routine.

This facial massager is great! It has several light settings and some even heat up. I waited a few days to write the review after using it. I don't know exactly how it works, but I can honestly say that after 4 days of use, my face is less puffy and my forehead looks smoother. The ergonomic shape also makes it easy to hold with your hand while using it. My two tips: first, make sure to use a good moisturizer so that it glides on the skin and doesn't pull too much; and second, you have to hold down the power button for about 3-5 seconds for it to start. I didn't know about it and at first I thought it was defective.

It's very easy to use; I understood it as soon as I took it out of the box. My favorite combination is heat therapy with the colorful LED light mode: it feels super warm and comforting on my neck, and those few minutes are, honestly, the most relaxing part of my day. The EMS microcurrent gives a gentle tingling sensation that doesn't hurt at all, and the vibration mode is great for relaxing the jaw muscles. I always combine the ion function with my serum, and it helps the product absorb much better than if I just applied it with my hands. After using it consistently for a while, the skin on my neck is noticeably softer and the jawline looks much more defined.
